Our online shop is for families in Newbury, Thatcham and the surrounding areas of West Berkshire.

Several school logo PE items do have the previous owner’s initials on them (not shown in the images). These can be removed by GAZKAZ, unit 10c, Arnham Road, Newbury, or Inks Personalized Ltd, 18a The Broadway, Thatcham.

Order processing and delivery

To help us manage orders fairly and sustainably, please note:

Orders are picked once a week on Saturdays.

Please place your order by 4pm on Friday to receive your items the following week.

Our friends at West Berkshire Foodbank kindly deliver orders on our behalf, usually on the following Tuesday or Thursday.

All our volunteers have full‑time jobs alongside running TUXchange.

We’ll always do our best, but urgent requests can’t be guaranteed.

To keep the service affordable and accessible for families, TUXchange does not offer returns or exchanges on pre‑loved items unless they are faulty or not as described.
